Materials Handled

Biodeg have a long and well-deserved reputation for the contract handling of difficult materials.

Current products in process include:

Polymers with melting points in excess of 160°c

Odorous chemicals including acrylates, sulphides and butanal.

High viscosity liquids up to 10,000 cps with special projects up to 100,000 cps

Hazardous materials, including flammable and highly flammable liquids and solids as well as toxic and corrosive substances, are routinely handled in a safe manner.

Phenol, substituted phenols and cresols are handled routinely in bulk and drums both as intermediates to the chemical industry and also as formulated products into UK and export markets.

Other problematic processes include the dilution of lauryl ether sulphates in bulk and drums.

We store some low melting point products in heated storage from which we deliver direct to your process each morning in liquid form
